Kim Zolciak is saying goodbye to “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
But fret not, Kim won’t be gone from reality TV for long. She’ll star in a second
season of her spinoff series “Don’t Be Tardy …” Bravo confirmed that the Sunday,
December 2 episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” will be Kim’s last.
“It’s going to be a fun, lighthearted show about our crazy everyday life,” Kim told
“In Touch” about her spinoff.
NeNe Leakes, Kim’s “Atlanta” co-star and former friend went to Twitter to dis-
cuss Kim’s exit.
Here’s how Bravo describes “Don’t Be Tardy …”
Season two follows Kim and Kroy Biermann in the next phase of their marriage,
which involves the demands of their ever-growing family, purchasing their dream
house, and a possible adoption. The pressure is on as Kim tries to resolve extend-
ed family issues and manage the renovation of their house all while juggling being
a loving mother, a caring wife and staying in the limelight.
After four years as a cast member on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, original
costar Kim Zolciak is giving up her status as one of Georgia’s most noted reality
stars.
Though she appears — seven months pregnant — in a handful of episodes during
RHOA’s fifth season, Zolciak, 34, will exit the series midseason, an insider recent-
ly confirmed to Us Weekly. And as the source explains, the mom of four’s exit is
far from graceful.
“Kim had a total blowout with production,” the source hints of Zolciak. Over brunch
in an upcoming episode (shot in June), costar Cynthia Bailey invites the women to
Anguilla to witness her wedding vow renewal with husband Peter Thomas. But Zol-
ciak, then heavily pregnant and unable to travel, has words with production, and
the discussion escalates into a full-scale argument.
“Kim was furious!” says the insider. As a result, her storyline was phased out. (In-
deed, Bailey confirms: “We don’t see much of Kim this season. She’s doing her
own thing.”)
Once famous for chardonnay-fueled fights on the Bravo series — including a mem-
orable spat during which ex-cast mate Sheree Whitfield yanked her wig — Zolciak
tells Us Weekly her priorities have changed.
“I want positivity around me,” says Zolciak, who married Kroy Biermann, the fat-
her of her two sons Kroy Jagger, 17 months, and Kash, 3 months, in November 2011.
(She also has daughters Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 10, from previous relationships.)
Documenting her wedding to Biermann in a 2012 Bravo spinoff Don’t Be Tardy for
the Wedding, Zolciak has another series in the works, according to Us Weekly’s
source — and until then, Zolciak is just fine with keeping her distance from the
Atlanta crew.
“With these ladies, I feel like nine times out of 10, there’s going to be an argument,”
she tells Us. “They’re not happy for me. They’re not supportive.”

ious ex-sugar daddy “Big Poppa” — was arrested in Atlanta this week … TMZ
has learned.
Najjar was taken into custody by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Dept. on Novem-
ber 6 … though it’s unclear why he was arrested. According to law enforcement,
Najjar has since been released from custody.
Najjar has developed a reputation as a fame whore … especially when it came
to flaunting his wealth. Back in 2009, he showed off his ATL mansion on an
episode of MTV’s “Teen Cribs” … and then funded Kim Z’s ridiculous spending
sprees back when he was nailing her.
9:42 AM PT — We’ve learned … Najjar had a bench warrant out for his arrest
for failing to appear in court to face allegations he failed to maintain a storm
water system at one of his properties. Najjar has already been hit with a
$75,000 fine for violating the ordinance and was supposed to appear in court
on July 5 … but apparently, he blew off his court date.

that this would be going down, Keisha shot them down so many times that many had dis-
