Rising Sun Avenue. While with daycare workers and other children, investigators say he
was taken to a pool on the 6600 block of North 8th Street where he was last seen around 3
p.m. Isear is described as a black male, standing 4-feet and weighing 75 pounds with brown
eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a purple t-shirt, blue basketball shorts
and no shoes. Anyone with information on where the boy is should call the Northwest De-

LeslieSad reality is those who should be getting charged in addition to the Daycare owner will never be disciplined. OCDEL Daycare Licensing run by Regional Director Carmen Martin is nothing more than a worthless organization of highly paid welfare guru’s. Carmen Martin is so hell bent on committing practices of discrimination against white Providers, she is willing to overlook and allow the minority Providers to do what the heck they want. The system is already broke, it only gets worse when you put an uneducated discriminating, control freak, who makes decisions because born out of a Power Trip. Carmen Martin along with those who have enforced her work values, are no good for a system already mismanaged. She should be fired immediately and criminally prosecuted for this child’s death. When she is not discriminating against people, she makes unethical decisions as a result of being on a power trip.
