NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA – December 4, 2011 – One man is dead after losing
control of his vehicle and flipping over in an accident along Roosevelt Boulevard.
It happened around 3:20 Sunday morning in the northbound lanes of the road-
way near Bridge Street in Northeast Philadelphia. Police say the driver of a pick-
up truck lost control of his car, causing it to roll over several times before striking
a tree. The unidentified man was taken to Albert Einstein Hospital, where he was
pronounced dead. Investigators are still unsure what caused the driver to lose con-
trol.
